Hallways were too hot, ice maker out of order and not enough room at breakfast and ran out of food.

Make-your-own Belgian waffles were great. Room was clean and comfortable.
Even though the place was practically empty, we were given the room at the very opposite end, farthest from the desk and the pool, even though I requested a room near the pool. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and rubbery, but the waffle and sausages more than compensated.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Room and bed were very good. Pool and spa were nice. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good and included eggs and sausage, make-your-own waffles.
Noticed that once eggs and sausage were gone, they were gone for good.

just a room ... furnishings and wall coverings were outdated.... hallways were cluttered with kids toys and litter
there was no coffee or food available at the continental breakfast when I went to get breakfast at 7:30 am... the trash cans were full of trash and there was no food available ... the table tops were filthy ... it was disgusting.

I like that it was located near my destination
The front desk attendant was rude and refused to answer when called. No tv channel listing available, it's 85 degrees and the ice machine was out of order. My air in my room barely worked.

Tub didn't drain, coffee carafe didn't fit so had to hold in place or coffee leaked all over. No elevator so had to carry everything up stairs.
